Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

How to Return

Write to us at inquiries@entersilens.com with your order number. We'll handle the rest.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it. No questions asked.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order.
